Candidate must have superior communication and people skills to join their enthusiastic, friendly, and dedicated team.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
greeting patients and answer high call volume phones in a courteous and professional manner, checking in patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, insurance verification, EOB's, reviewing charts for the next day/week, etc.
Prior experience in healthcare required.
Oral Surgery experience a plus! Experience in WinOMS Program a PLUS! We offer competitive salary, medical insurance and 401K.
Some Saturdays required and some travel required to our three offices; Somerville, Hillsborough, and Lebanon as needed.
