- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Provide information and assistance to guests and visitors - Manage the check-in and check-out process for guests - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying - Spa Laundry
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in sales, particularly in technology or technical products, is an advantage - Ability to upsell products or services to customers - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Familiarity with cash register operations is desirable Please only apply if you can work all the hours listed.
