Royal Community Supports is looking for a self-motivated, energetic Direct Support Professional to support an Individual who lives in Annandale, NJ Annandale (Hunterdon County) - Looking for a motivated and experienced DSP to provide morning motivation and assistance! Arrive to help the individual get going for the day - start the coffee, help figure out breakfast logistics, and all the time provide necessary motivation so that the individual leaves for work on time.
Must be a people person who knows that the way to motivate is not about pushing but all about partnering.
